We are now looking for a QA Specialist to join our team and work on cutting-edge trading and fintech products.

YOU HAVE:

  • Significant experience in a QA role
  • The ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs
  • Experience with TDD/BDD and Test Automation
  • Knowledge of Agile SDLC and understand the QA role in it
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, feeling comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders

YOU WILL: 

  • Propose, create, and enhance the project’s test strategy considering the test automation approach
  • Confidently leverage your experience in questioning and challenging existing practices while actively promoting QA best practices.
  • Encourage a mindset/culture by educating your team that quality is everyone's responsibility and focusing your time on value-add testing tasks, rather than routine checks.
  • Design, maintain, and execute test cases and provide your analysis of the results
  • Build a solid understanding of business, technical, and operational requirements
  • Work with the team to define the quality assurance process
  • Collaborate with other QA and DEV team to enhance automated tests and get maximum test coverage
  • Work with Dev and DevOps team to improve our test automation tools and solutions

THE PROCESS

Long interview processes are stressful and boring, and that is not us 

We want to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

So here you will have three stage interviews:

1- A chat with one of our great recruiters2- A Zoom chat with our QA colleagues where they will ask you detailed questions about QA knowledge and your experience3- A Face to Face interview (either in our office or via Zoom). ​​During this interview, we will dig even deeper, and you will have a technical task to do

But don’t worry; everything will be explained to you step by step by your recruiter.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $130000 and $150000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position.
