How We Do It
Creative Engineering Our creative engineering team builds scalable frameworks and universal design systems that allow clients to bring campaigns to market with speed and cost-efficiency. These frameworks are adaptable, ensuring clients can use them across multiple projects and optimize their creative efforts, minimizing the need to start from scratch with each campaign.
Performance Engineering While creative engineering focuses on building the framework, performance engineering ensures that when creative assets hit the market, they are performing optimally. This involves testing, tracking, and refining content to ensure it reaches target audiences and achieves conversion goals. Performance engineering bridges strategy and execution, helping clients get the most out of their media activations.
Generative AI & Creative Automation We’re pioneers in the generative AI space, using AI-driven tools to ideate and optimize creative assets efficiently. Our automation processes allow us to scale content production seamlessly, producing everything from personalized digital ads to dynamic 3D renderings—at a level of precision and speed that drives success for global brands.
Scalability and Efficiency Through proprietary tools and systems, we scale creative output while maintaining high standards of quality. Our streamlined processes enable clients to move from concept to execution quickly, without sacrificing the creative integrity of their work.
Our Intellectual Property (IP) ArtBot’s IP is at the heart of our ability to merge automation, AI, and creative workflows. Our exclusive tools give clients the ability to scale content, personalize messaging, and optimize delivery—all while maintaining top-tier creative excellence.
Who We Serve We work with clients across a wide range of industries, including luxury automotive, pharma, tech, telecom, confectionery, and more. From crafting data-driven digital marketing campaigns to delivering large-scale content solutions, we partner with brands to bring their vision to life in the most innovative and efficient ways possible.
Key Team Roles
Creative Engineering: Our Creative Engineers, led by a Creative Engineering Director, develop the frameworks and systems that allow us to scale content efficiently. They start from design principles and build adaptable, universal systems that ensure client success.
Performance Engineering: This team ensures our creative assets are performing well in-market, continuously optimizing strategies and executions to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Product Engineers: These motion artists and editors create and optimize visuals—whether animated graphics or video—to be placed into the frameworks.
3D Artists: Our 3D team creates models that allow for flexible content, like cars with customizable features or confectionery items with various flavors. Their work enables us to scale assets quickly while maintaining a high standard of visual quality.
Account Management: From Associate Account Managers to Group Account Directors, our account team bridges the client’s needs with our creative and engineering efforts, ensuring smooth project management from strategy through execution.
Job Description
As a Quality Control Specialist, you are an excellent communicator who is able to work closely with a team of designers and visual artists to ensure assets are successfully delivered without errors. Mitigating risks and managing QC can be challenging, but your organizational and interpersonal skills are up to the test.
Through working closely with our content creation studios, ArtBot, you have a wholistic view of all the projects to ensure excellent quality control. As a self-starter, you work with the team from a project’s creation, to its archival. You apply your Quality Control skills to production outputs large and small including video executions, mobile applications HTML banners and digital products. You are excited by the fast pace of advertising and work to support the team.
You will:
- Monitor asset compliance to provided standards and guidelines.
- Check for copy alignment, spelling, technical specification alignment, and technical errors on any output produced.
- Manage QC requirements and risk analysis by enforcing and improving the workflow.
- Organize, track, and ensure quality of final files before delivery to trafficking team or clients
- Execute planning, scoping and estimation of QC efforts.
- Assist with data ingest and file organization management on our server alongside the Asset Management team
You have:
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of editing video and audio in software including Davinci Resolve & Premiere
- Broad knowledge of Adobe Suite software including but not limited to Photoshop & After Effects
- Understanding of video delivery specs and exporting standards
- Strong organizational skills with experience in video file sharing
- Data ingest and management experience.
- Strong sense of catalog organization and file naming convention to manage file storage
- Keen eye for design principles and strong attention to detail.
