Formlabs is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quote to Cash Associate. to join our team in Budapest. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer service. 

The Job:

• Process transactions across the entire quote to cash process including: 
• Customer call support which includes generating quotes,  providing pricing, placing orders and troubleshooting orders.
• Sales chat on Formlabs website, to help customers with their orders
• Customer onboarding activities which includes creating customer accounts, performing credit checks, and setting up payment terms and tax exemptions
• Sales order entry and review in compliance with Company policy and procedures
• Customer invoicing, customer portal uploads, cash application, accounts receivable aging review, and collection calls.
• Direct customer account support including responding to customer account questions, coordinating product returns, and issuing credit memos
• Other ad hoc tasks
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, like sales representatives, service agents, fulfillment, to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely assistance throughout the sales cycle
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices and policies within the Quote to Cash team.

You:

• Proficient in English AND at least one of these languages: Spanish, French, Italian, German
• Proven experience in sales support, customer service, accounts receivable, or related roles
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Magento, Salesforce, or other related ERP/CRM systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to tackle a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment, and ability to adapt to new requirements as we streamline processes
• Positive attitude, team player mentality, customer focused
