What You Will Be Doing:

• Conduct regular reviews of relevant technical standard operating procedures for compliance and collaborate cross functionally to amend where necessary
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records (including computerised/digital) on production, and food safety data and analyse this data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain robust quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations, food safety standards and company policies. 
• Managing, engaging, and developing a large team to its full potential to then achieve optimum performance and ensure KPIs are met in full and on time
• Conduct regular inspections to check all raw materials against specification with training
• Undertaking audits and following through on actions regarding compliance to Food Safety; Health and safety standards and any other specified standards e.g.:  BRCGS, ISO

Who You Are:

• HACCP Level 3 qualification and familiarity with HACCP and industry best practices
• Food Safety Level 3
• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role, or similar role, within the food industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards

Location: The Beehive, Bermuda Industrial Estate, 1 St Georges Way, Nuneaton, CV10 7JS

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
