Your work-life opportunity:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Real Estate team and support its worldwide operations. This role is key for managing all the portfolio databases under his/her scope. The main part of a daily routine will consist of managing real estate transactions, and different kinds of projects worldwide.

We expect from you familiarity with lease agreements and technical background to be able to manage a full project within a tight timing and budget. We need from you to meet the deadlines to minimize the impact to the company, to identify potential risks early and to manage time efficiently, focusing on what will make a difference. You will need to travel to ensure Glovo standards and support the local team.

Be a part of a team where you will:

 

  • Ensure all portfolio databases are kept up-to-date. Handle the onboarding and setup of new locations in the systems.
  • Establishing a clear process to easily identify contractual key dates, manage renewals and terminations.
  • Conduct reviews, audits, and reports on the Real Estate portfolio for key stakeholders.
  • Continuous management and optimization of the real estate portfolio, to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Negotiate new and renegotiate existing agreements based on current market conditions.
  • Handle multiple projects in different phases simultaneously, managing priorities, with especial focus in timing and budget management. Results oriented
  • Coordinate external design providers. Launch build tenders, obtain potential savings and select the best option for Glovo. Be responsible for the construction.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high levels of satisfaction.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with all levels of management.
  • Communicate clearly with analytical and critical thinking. Prepare executive summaries and manage C-Level stakeholders to guide a decision making process.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
You have:
  • At least 3 years experience in real estate transactions.
  • Budget management and financial analysis skills. Willing to test and solve problems based on data.
  • Eager to manage commercial contracts and identify relevant terms.
  • Strategic thinking. Skills in negotiation.
  • Knowledge of the corporate Real Estate market.
  • Fluent in English (C1) is mandatory.
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in architecture, (Building) Engineering or Technical arch.
  • Facility management or property management background
  • Experience in corporate project management
  • Spanish
