Similarweb is seeking a motivated and organized Reception & Employee Experience Specialist  to join our fast growing company, based in a new building in Givatayim. This position is a full time position, required coming to office every day

As a front desk receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for anyone who arrive to the office. You will answer phone calls and emails, work with courier companies and work with service providers and contractors.And as an Employee Experience specialist you will  plan and execute employee engagement activities, team gatherings and events, happy hours, and more. Be responsible for employee life cycle events and participate in all employee touch points.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Manage planning and logistics associated with calendars, meetings and conference rooms
  • Respond to employee inquiries and office needs
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Lead office and facilities maintenance
  • Assist employees with their administrative needs to create an excellent employee experience
  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs, activities, and events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate logistics and administrative needs for ongoing projects and team building activities.

What will I bring to the team?

 

 

 

  • English high level- must
  • At least 1 year experience as a Front-Desk / Receptionist / Office Manager
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and demanding environment
  • Multitask and prioritize work
  • Highly organized with attention to details and an outstanding work ethic
  • Always willing to 'roll up the sleeves' and do what it takes to get the job done
  • Great communication skills: written and verbal in Hebrew and English
  • Service oriented, positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
  • Full proficiency in MS office
  • Ability to work in a full time position from Givatayim in work shifts between: 8:30-17:30 or 09:30-18:30
