About the role

As a Recruiter at Crunchyroll, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent. The ideal candidate will have proven experience sourcing, recruiting and partnering with business stakeholders to hire top technical talent at Crunchyroll.

You will…

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple, complex searches, devising creative sourcing and engagement strategies to attract top talent for each position
• Craft and implement comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to identify target profile criteria and ensuring alignment with the hiring team
• Collaborate closely with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pipelining, market analysis, and competitive intel
• Form strong relationships with hiring managers, actively involving them in the recruitment process to meet their specific hiring needs
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in your sourcing and recruiting strategies 
• Drive and facilitate meetings while taking the lead on critical initiatives and projects within client groups and the recruiting teams, embodying our commitment to Kaizen, and working towards achieving enhanced scalability in our recruitment operations

In the role of Recruiter, you will report to the Director of Talent Attraction. We are open to remote candidates.

About You

• You possess 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within in fast-paced, high-growth technology company
• Proven ability to source, assess, and close candidates at various levels of seniority
• Ability to build and maintain robust pipeline of technical talent to support current and future hiring needs
• Identify and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
• Utilize data-driven insight and metrics to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams
• High degree of adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruiting software; Greenhouse is preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
