We opened our Budapest office to establish key Engineering and Business teams in the region, and we’re still a growing team of 100+ dedicated people. Our EMEA Recruiting team hires a wide spectrum of talent, spanning from sales, marketing, and service agents to software engineers, applications, and operations specialists. 

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter based in Budapest to level up our team. You will partner with the Global Recruitment and People and Culture team, and build strong relationships with hiring managers, leaders, and employees across Formlabs through your work.

 The Job:

  • Partner with hiring managers and leaders to prioritize hiring goals with a constant focus on diversity, belonging and inclusion
  • Source, interview, and hire quality candidates across all departments
  • Balance candidate experience by providing timely communication and advocating for your candidates, while consistently landing on the right decisions for the business
  • Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practices
  • Keep Formlabs a great place to work by finding new Formlings that add to our culture
  • Identify talent branding opportunities to attract talent by broadening our visibility in our European locations (engineering meetups, networking events, speaking opportunities, campus presence, and other creative ideas) 

You:

  • Have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience – from sourcing passive candidates to negotiating offers
  • Are fluent in English and Hungarian
  • Are comfortable navigating an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
  • Ready to jump in and support hiring needs across the company: tech, services, sales, marketing, finance, etc.
  • Have extensive experience recruiting for engineering roles
  • Have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find and engage with passive talent
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and craft unique, effective messaging to candidates
  • Naturally tend towards data to track results and improve process
  • Love to establish links and meet new people
  • Have experience in executing employer branding projects 

Bonus Skills:

  • Passion for technology and 3D printing
