Role: Language Network Recruiter (12-month FTC)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

About the role:

We are seeking a Language Network Recruiter to join our dynamic transcreation team. This role is focused on managing and enhancing the recruitment of freelance transcreation linguists to ensure the business has sufficient resources to meet project demands. You will build strong and meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and freelancers, understanding current and future talent needs, and developing effective recruitment strategies to fulfill these requirements. 

What you will be doing:

Hiring Management 

  • Manage all aspects of the hiring process for freelance linguists, including brief-taking, job post creation, advertising jobs, facilitating tests and interviews, candidate screening and onboarding.
  • Spearhead the evolution of our recruitment and onboarding processes, utilizing AI-led recruiting, EVP, and social media targeting to maintain industry leadership.
  • Own the candidate journey end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.  

Talent Management 

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify top-performing freelance linguists across global markets.
  • Understand market-unique industry trends and map transferable skills to future-proof our workforce and meet upcoming demands.
  • Maintain a three-month view of account(s) growth or contraction and plan talent needs effectively.
  • Expand and maintain a dynamic network of freelance linguists to meet current and future project demands across a variety of global accounts.
  • Act as a central point of contact for recruitment needs, ensuring stakeholders have access to the right talent at the right time. 

Communication 

  • Manage candidate communications efficiently and empathetically throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep all relevant stakeholders informed to ensure smooth operation and alignment. 

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Proven experience in the full recruitment process, including brief-taking, sourcing,  candidate screening and offer negotiations.
  • Proven experience recruiting in European markets.
  • Proven experience with freelance recruitment.
  • Experience with a wide range of recruitment tools and platforms, including tools and resources for recruiting freelance linguists and copywriters
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and possess the confidence to influence when necessary.
  • In-depth understanding of the transcreation industry and the various career frameworks.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business demands.
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented.
  • Patient, friendly, and approachable. 

 Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with recruiting freelancers for rare language pairs.
  • Knowledgeable about careers for freelance linguists and transcreators.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence in recruiting and social media targeting.
