Airbnb was born in 2007 when two Hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 4 million Hosts who have welcomed more than 1 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, Hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.

On the Recruiting Coordination team, our mission is to provide a high-level of service to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. We schedule interviews, complete pre-hire tasks for individuals who will be joining Airbnb, problem solve, and identify ways to improve day to day operations. We strive to do our work in the most efficient and effective way possible without sacrificing the relationships we build along the way.
