The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in facilitating the recruitment process by assisting with various administrative tasks, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate with team members.

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to provide necessary information about the interview process, including scheduling details, location, and interview format.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, answering inquiries and providing timely updates.
  • Assist in the coordination of recruiting events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases.
  • Support TA Operations team in various projects, such as interviewer training, referral program administration, and other ad hoc projects.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for candidates, when necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters and other employment-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.
  • This is a Hybrid role, presence in the office 3 days per week is required

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THIS ROLE

  • 2+ years of experience in the Recruiting Coordinator role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to start immediately
