About TokyoApplied Intuition entered the Japan market in 2019. The company has rapidly grown and established strategic relationships with major Japanese automotive OEM customers. Based in Otemachi area, the Tokyo site consists of more than 20 employees who previously come from Google, Mobileye, Tier IV and other renowned companies.
About the roleWe are looking for an ambitious Recruiting Coordinator to join our Recruiting Operations team on a contract. You will play a crucial role in supporting the entire recruiting infrastructure from the ground up for our international offices.
At Applied Intuition, you will:- Support our recruiting team in coordinating candidate interviews (phone, virtual, & in-person) for all open roles
- Streamline the interview process to ensure that candidates have an amazing experience
- Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and solutions to make our processes more efficient
- Partner with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers to build out interview plans
- A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Experience in an operational position that works with cross-functional team members
- Experience in roles that require a high bar for customer service
- Experience working in an environment that requires for continuous process improvements
- Proficiency in Japanese language
- Experience working on or closely with a recruiting team
- Experience program managing events and tasks to completion
