Recruiting Coordinator (Contractor)

What You Would Do Here:

Cloudflare is growing our Recruiting team and looking to hire a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco. We are a small but mighty team partnering closely with our hiring managers to help grow their respective teams globally. Our team’s mission is to attract and hire diverse and thoughtful professionals that empower Cloudflare to help build a better internet. We are a global team of trusted strategic partners that lead a deliberate and inclusive process, whilst maximizing candidate experience.

You will work alongside Recruiters, other Recruiting Coordinators, and Hiring Managers across the organization to help grow our Cloudflare team.

This is a 12 month contract with potential to extend and convert to full-time position. This is a hybrid position and may be expected to come into the office up to 3 times in a week based on need.

What you can expect:

• Schedule and coordinate phone, onsite and video interviews for candidates with speed, efficiency, and accuracy at high volume.
• Coordinate candidate travel & assist with candidate expenses process.
• Partner closely with Executive Assistants to coordinate senior level interviews and manage onsite candidates.
• Regularly maintain recruiting applicant tracking system, candidate trackers and dashboards to ensure information and tasks are up-to-date.
• Communicate professionally and maintain a high-level of confidentiality at all times, both internally and externally, with candidates, peers, and hiring managers.
• Spear-head creative candidate experience efforts to augment virtual and onsite interviewing experiences.
• Deliver a top-notch recruiting experience for all candidates during all phases of the recruiting cycle.
• Perform administrative duties as required to support the local People & Places team.
• Work closely with other coordinators on cross-functional projects.
• Manage recruiting processes and projects to improve efficiency of overall Recruiting team.

• Experience coordinating complex, high-volume meetings or interviews.
• Experience in prioritizing functions and tasks while meticulously managing work time and projects.
• Resourceful to navigate and find creative solutions in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to solve complex tactical problems.
• Extremely detail oriented
• Team player
• Knowledge of GSuite applications. 
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.

Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

• For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $75,000 - $84,000
