Lyft is seeking a highly organized, efficient and energetic Recruiting Coordinator to help us strategically grow our world-class team in Toronto. The role will support the Recruiters with the objective of successfully coordinating high-volume and fast-paced interview activity on the Recruitment team. We are looking for someone to help us work cross-functionally to be the first impression of Lyft for all visitors that come through our doors. We are looking for someone eager and excited to grow their career within Talent Recruiting.

This is a full-time employment opportunity with Lyft.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including scheduling calls, conducting interviews (both onsite and virtual), and ensuring impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ensure data accuracy in the ATS and support data clean-up efforts while adhering to established processes and timelines for effective candidate communication
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and coworkers, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Collaborate closely with Recruiters, Interviewers, and Hiring Managers to enhance existing processes and programs, fostering creativity in talent acquisition approaches
  • Coordinate candidate travel and handle all expenses
  • Track all candidates’ interview experiences and serve as point of contact
  • Assist with timely and accurate completion of data to all applicant tracking systems and docs
  • Build diverse and inclusive interview panels and support continuous growth of interviewer teams
  • Champion Lyft, our values, and our philosophy to potential candidates
Experience:
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple tasks ideally in Human Resources/People or Recruiting
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
  • Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail (no matter how mundane)
  • Poised demeanor but approachable and collaborative in all partnerships and transactions
  • Able to adapt and pivot in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A team player - you’re willing to help out wherever needed
  • You instill trust in your judgment and ability to complete any project
  • Expert with Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse and GoodTime is a plus

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
