Recruiting Coordinator

Lyft is seeking a highly organized, efficient and energetic Recruiting Coordinator for a full-time position to help us strategically grow our world-class team in Toronto. The role will support the Recruiters with the objective of successfully coordinating high-volume and fast-paced interview activity on the Recruitment team. We are looking for someone to help us work cross-functionally hiring teams to be the first impression of Lyft for candidates. Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience with a focus on attention to detail, by ensuring interviews are scheduled quickly and accurately
- Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with data clean-up efforts, ensuring adherence to established processes and timelines for effective candidate communication, while demonstrating strong time management skills
- Communicate professionally with candidates and coworkers, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Work closely with Recruiters, Interviewers, and Hiring Managers to enhance existing processes and programs, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and partner management, while fostering creativity in talent acquisition strategies
- Coordinate candidate travel and handle all expenses (if applicable)
- Monitor all candidates' interview experiences and act as the primary point of contact
- Enhance the interviewer training program by actively inviting interviewers in training to live interview shadowing sessions, utilizing attention to detail
- Build diverse and inclusive interview panels and support continuous growth of interviewer teams
- Champion Lyft, our values, and our philosophy to potential candidates
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple responsibilities, ideally within Human Resources, People Operations, or Recruiting
- Proficient in Google Suite
- A minimum of 1 year of client or customer service experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptionally organized and strong time-management skills are a must
- Self-motivated, maintaining meticulous attention to detail, even with routine tasks
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and GoodTime is a plus
- Familiarity with Slack

Lyft highly values having employees working in-office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture. This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week, including on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $29.23 - CAD $36.54. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
