This role will be based in Ireland, UK, Spain or Singapore - sponsorship and relocation will not be offered.

As the Recruiting Leader for the Go To Market team, you'll create and implement hiring strategies to attract a diverse pool of capable talent. You'll lead a team of experienced sales and services Recruiters who partner with the business in EMEA & APJ (excluding India).

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales & services recruiters who will be expected to source, screen, and hire outstanding talent in a nuanced business environment.
  • Engage regularly with leaders and executives to understand business challenges and hiring needs. Ensure your team has a constant pulse on the business and adapts quickly.
  • Build and develop solid relationships with Hiring Managers, other parts of HR (Recruiting Leadership, Recruiting Enablement & Operations, Compensation, HR Operations etc), Sales Operations, Finance, and other teams to deliver our workforce plan.
  • Understand and achieve key standards of success including hiring and DEI goals. Evaluate recruiting results and find opportunities to improve recruiting practices.
  • Share data, progress and insights with leaders to advance hiring practices in your regions.
  • Ensure your team use the CRM, ATS and other tools and partner with Operations and HR Tech teams for tool needs, requirements and improvements.
  • Be ready to carry requisitions in peak periods as needed.
What You Bring With You:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience
  • Knowledge and success in executing a full-cycle, high quality recruiting process required.
  • Proven track record of experience in IT / Technology or Software industry
  • Strong personal EMEA network within sales / marketing sector
  • Knowledge of reporting, data analysis, and understanding of recruiting metrics
  • Experience in building new processes, programs hiring initiatives that will raise the talent bar
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to take feedback and build strong positive relationships.
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with challenging demands.
  • High EQ and a demonstrated pattern of positively mentoring others around you.
  • Some travel required.
