We are a growing team looking for a Recruitment Coordinator in the  Talent Acquisition department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Berlin office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO …

As a Recruitment Coordinator you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like supporting our International recruiting team with the objective of successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume interview activity and providing an excellent candidate experience, enhancing automation and efficiency. You’ll be collaborating closely with Recruiters, Interviewers and Hiring Managers to develop processes and bring candidate experience to the next level. In this role, you will …

• Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates.
• Coordinate onsite and remote interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency.
• Organize regular interviewer training sessions
• Coordinate candidate travel & the candidate expenses processes
• Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
• Utilize our TA tooling to produce recruiting reports on interview capacity, interview training and areas for development
• Analyze candidate experience data in relation to our recruiting activity and cNPS
• Contribute to impactful team projects such as candidate experience, employer branding, DEI and more.

• Experienced in scheduling high volume meetings across different locations and time zones
• Experienced in problem solving and contributing to the team
• Highly organized and has experience streamlining processes 
• Excellent communicator, comfortable managing the expectations of a variety of stakeholders including our senior executives
• Highly analytical, able to use to data to highlight challenges and successes within the team in order to influence changes and improvements
• Self-starter to make suggestions and improvements to existing processes
