YOUR MISSION

Join the Regional Courier Experience team for the SEE region and become the catalyst for an impactful courier experience across the region. As the bridge between the global Courier Experience and local teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships and advocating for solutions to enhance courier satisfaction and address pain points in each market. 

With your positive attitude, boundless creativity, and full-on gas, you’ll ensure that every effort contributes to building a resilient and cohesive region.

THE JOURNEY

  • Local insights and advocacy: Understand and escalate local pain points while comprehending global needs, inspiring and empowering local teams to implement effective solutions
  • Project management: Leverage strong project management skills to ensure successful initiatives are replicated across countries, fostering a cohesive regional approach
  • Efficient project execution: Demonstrate agility in project execution, swiftly grasping needs and deriving actionable insights to drive impactful outcomes
  • Analytical expertise: Show analytical skills to identify, manage, and track KPIs at both local and regional levels, utilizing tools such as Looker, Excel, and Google Sheets to drive data-informed decision-making
  • Market insights analysis: Understand courier needs and experiences through market insights gathered from focus groups, surveys, and interviews
  • Solution-driven approach: Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, viewing obstacles as chances to innovate and excel. Provide unwavering support to local teams, equipping them with the resources and guidance needed to succeed in their markets

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field 
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management and data analysis 
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Fluency in at least one language from the SEE region is a plus (e.g. Romanian, Croatian, Serbian, Bulgarian)
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, coupled with strong analytical skills and a data-sensitive approach to inform decision-making
  • Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail and autonomy 
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire teams, track project outcomes, and replicate successful strategies across diverse teams and countries
  • Positive attitude, adept problem-solving skills, fostering a team-oriented environment focused on achieving shared goals
