Location: Singapore

As a Regional Head of Growth and Accelerator teams,  you will be instrumental in helping the Regional VP and Country Directors to define and implement regional strategies and implementation plans for their inside sales teams. You will also provide analytical support and strategic advice to solve complex problems and identify new market opportunities. You bring analytical acumen a high level of operational savvy.

Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Report to the regional VP
  • Organize and coordinate the Growth and Accelerator teams in the region
  • Advice Country Directors on the best strategy possible for their Growth teams
  • Drive regional innovation agenda with the Growth and Accelerator teams
  • Coordinate with global teams implementation of global projects
  • Support country teams on recruiting efforts for GT & AT team
  • Understand, drive and improve the current department operating model locally and deliver recommendations globally
  • Be the first point of escalation for local matters
  • Deliver on regional KPIs
  • Deliver on team level velocity and efficiency targets
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of current operations

Requirements

  • Around 10 years of experience
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English
  • Proven track record in project delivery and project management
  • Experience in matrix organizations and on influencing across functions.
  • Experience in inside sales coordination and management.
  • Experience in Internet, E-commerce, technology or travel industry experience is a plus
  • Experience in Management Consulting is a plus
  • Bachelor or equivalent degree required, MBA is a plus
  • Team player with great collaboration skills
  • Energetic and driven with Professional “get it done” attitude
  • Creative and Innovative, adapts well to and is energized by change
  • Working knowledge and fluency with SQL is a plus
