We are a growing team looking for a temporary (maternity cover) regional HR manager in the people department to help us on our journey to revolutionise road freight logistics. The role is located in our Wroclaw office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO …
As a Regional HR manager you’ll be responsible for people and culture functions in Poland and our central region (Romania, Latvia). You’ll collaborate closely with the Polish and People leadership team to realize our strategic business goals at sennder. In this role, you will …
- Support and develop line managers in driving a high-performance culture through coaching and facilitating talent assessments
- Nurture our sennder culture, influence the way our sendees work and interact with each other, understand and feel about our mission, vision and values. Cultivate an emotional connection among our sendees, plan and execute events, team meetings and team-building initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact to employees and advisor to managers and team leads
- Manage and develop a team consisting of people business partners and talent acquisition specialists
- Support the implementation of key People-programs such as career paths, performance reviews, compensation & rewards, or local training initiatives
- Create reports and analyze trends to support your stakeholders and drive monthly people data analyses and reporting
- Monitor and follow-up on various people operations actions, such as local payrolling, managing the hiring and leavers process.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …
- Previous experience in a startup environment within an international matrix organization
- Comprehensive understanding of all HR/People processes and how these impact the wider business
- A multicultural mind-set, passionate and energized to create social impact and help create a positive atmosphere
- Excellent and practical knowledge of Polish labor laws and a good working sense of international labor laws
- Creative problem solving and end-result focus by creating innovative solutions, looking for new ways to accomplish objectives, and the ability to focus in the midst of change.
- Demonstrates principled leadership and sound business ethics, shows consistency among principles, values and behaviors, properly handles sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to influence stakeholders with data, written communication, and can positively explain strategy or administration of policies.
- Great communication skills in English and Polish
- Able to work from our Wroclaw office 3 days a week
