Our Opportunity:

As a Regional Manager for Pharmacist Operations Support for Chewy, you will support a team of top professionals that are committed to providing outstanding care and wellness services for pet parents and their pets. In this role, you will be an integral piece of the pharmacy support team as the clinical partner for regional Continuous Improvement, Learning and Development, and Quality teams. Your success will be driven by your ability to lead and foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and incredible customer service.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain onboarding material for pharmacy leaders (leads, POMs, PICs)
  • Partner with pharmacy sites in onboarding new pharmacy leaders (leads, POMs, PICs)
  • Develop pharmacist onboarding material and roll out to SEALs to deliver at the site level
  • Develop cross training strategies and change management training programs in partnership with site level SMEs
  • Develop tools to measure the effectiveness of our pharmacist SMEs in onboarding, retraining and new process roll outs
  • Support training, coaching and performance management of pharmacist SMEs
  • Oversee planning and performance of future pharmacist away teams, including SOP and tool create for the selection of pharmacist away team members
  • Partner with CI teams to be the subject matter expert for pharmacist's procedural and clinical process improvements
  • Support pharmacy technician and other pharmacy specific improvement opportunities
  • Track and report on pharmacist specific CI improvements to understand customer experience, quality, and efficiency benefits.
  • Speak to change success on WBR/OBR and provide data and narrative for supplemental docs.
  • Develop a clinical quality tracking process and analyze data for quality improvement opportunities.
  • Speak to quality metrics on WBR/OBR and provide data and narrative for supplemental docs.
  • Partner with Pharmacist Leaders to review quality opportunities and develop action items at the site level
  • Communicate with senior leadership to discuss changes, communicate relevant information to staff members, and coordinate training with SMEs
  • Work closely with all pharmacy support personnel and be the clinical SME to support initiatives.

What you’ll need:

  • Active pharmacist license in good standing in home state
  • Commitment to obtaining pharmacist licenses in states needed as dictated by the business
  • Proven record of delivering complex projects and business goals
  • Understanding of pharmacy continuous improvement tools and methodology, along with pharmacy quality programs
  • Ability to work alongside pharmacy management across the network to ensure consistency in pharmacy processes
  • Ability to partner closely with other departments and be subject matter expert for multiple teams
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to support full pharmacy network
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules including evenings, holidays and weekends as needed
