We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Marketing Lead for North America to join our team for a 9-month parental leave cover. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition and expansion within our existing customer base. This role requires strong collaboration across functions and leadership in managing a team of events and campaign managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement regional marketing strategies and plans aligned with corporate objectives to generate new business and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of local events and marketing managers to ensure successful execution of regional initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, SDR, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure a cohesive approach to market.
  • Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of regional events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing activities to build brand awareness and generate leads. 
  • Pipeline Development: Focus on generating a robust pipeline of new logos and expansion opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI on marketing investments.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring to Our Camp

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on enterprise software/SaaS. Proven track record in regional marketing and team management.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across departments.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive business growth and achieve measurable results.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to support regional events and initiatives.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. The range is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process. 

In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission. US Salary Range$136,000—$165,000 USD
