Job Purpose:As a vital member of the demand generation team, you'll collaborate closely with the APJ Marketing team to focus on install base pipeline growth and maintain our existing client base throughout the APJ region. Your primary focus will revolve around orchestrating a diverse range of regional marketing initiatives and events, both physical and virtual, to achieve these objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a customer-centric strategy encompassing planning, management, and execution of the marketing calendar.
- Provide support to Regional Marketing Managers in executing programs tailored to their specific regions, aligning with their respective goals.
- Ensure accurate lead management and distribution to the sales team, facilitating effective follow-up and conversion.
- Communicate upcoming campaigns to Regional Marketing Managers, gathering feedback for continual optimisation.
- Collaborate with the Customer First organisation to devise and execute customer-centric programs, emphasising communication, events, and retention strategies.
- Drive the identification and cultivation of customer advocacy through various mediums such as case studies, spotlights, videos, and speaker programs.
- Oversee the APJ Customer Advisory Board and Executive Program.
- Manage campaign budgets and deliver post-event reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms, preferably Marketo and Salesforce.
- Experience in executing integrated, ROI-driven marketing and lead generation programs is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, with a penchant for data analysis and deriving actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and GSuite.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adept at multitasking and wearing multiple hats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with exceptional organisational and time management abilities, keen attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Passion for the role and the company's mission.
Travel Requirement:
- Ability to travel 30% of the time - across APJ & the US
