Elastic is seeking a Regional Partner Marketing and Campaigns Manager to create and execute targeted marketing programs to grow and accelerate our co-marketing relationship with regional resell partners, technology alliances, hyper scalers, and our distributor; Carahsoft. Programs typically include virtual and live campaigns, third-party partner conferences, and account-specific programs. You will build the partner enablement series as well as quarterly partner events. You will also manage some Public Sector campaigns that may be without partners but that span across all sub regions. You will act as the liaison to our digital campaigns team and global campaigns. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment in a fast-growing technology company and wants to make an impact.
What You Will Do:In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (partner marketing, partner account management, sales, finance, operations, event, product, digital, regional, and campaign marketing) to build and lead Go-To-Market (GTM) programs with regional partners across Public Sector that will drive engagement and pipeline growth. You will help deliver impactful marketing campaigns and events and explore new tactics and channels. Set metrics and goals for all programs and ensure measurements are trackable.
- You love data and will support the analysis and reporting of the programs and campaign goals.
- You are super organized and can lead multiple projects at the same time, with various teams while making sure they’re all on time and on budget.
- You have an eye for detail and will provide administrative support by opening POs, tracking the budget, and managing MDF reimbursements.
- Create and execute targeted regional marketing programs to meet demand generation goals, including but not limited to field events, account-based marketing, executive programs, and trade shows
- Help drive demand creation and lead generation activity in developing qualified sales leads and creating brand awareness activities
- Help measure and analyze the impact of programs on sales cycles; contribute updates to weekly reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and region success
- Ability to understand key technology trends to coordinate presentation content with other program key stakeholders and ability to collaborate across all departments to generate event content and agenda
- Contribute ideas and feedback to new content creation with a distributed marketing team
- Help plan Elastic’s participation in external industry events where the events team needs support and feedback
- Creative and able to think of new programs that can scale to many partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in partner marketing or regional marketing,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Writing and editing content is a key part of this role, and presentation skills are required to pitch new programs to partners and present results during QBRs
- You have a “let's-do-this” attitude and are excited to drive projects to completion
- Highly organized and with an eye for detail. Things move quickly here but there are always notes, spreadsheets, and lists
- Knows your stuff working in Google apps like Gmail, Google Slides, Docs and Sheets
- Highly collaborative and can work independently
- Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a tech company

- Travel to programs as needed approximately 25% of the time
Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.
The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.
These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.
An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program.
