This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Chief People Officer – working closely with managers at Formlabs Hungary as well as our Global People teams. If you’re excited to leverage your analytical and people skills to collaborate with leaders and ensure our people practices scale with us, we want you as our Regional People Business Partner in Hungary.

The Job- what you will do:

• Serve as a strategic business partner to leaders in order to align people strategy to the business strategy. Ensure that we are focused on objectives that result in hiring and retaining top talent.
• Provide expertise guidance and execution in the areas of performance management and performance evaluation processes, total rewards evaluations driving an understanding of the competitive market, headcount planning and organizational design that is constantly evolving, employee engagement initiatives, and change management.
• Ability to Leverage multiple data sources (quantitative and qualitative) to better understand the health of the org relating to our talent pool and deliver insights and actions that will drive improved business outcomes.
• Develop and implement scalable programs and processes to increase productivity, performance, retention, and engagement within our workforce and measure the results of these programs
• Own execution and delivery of existing processes (performance reviews, training, surveys, communications, employee relations) within your region
• Be a visible and accessible resource and coach to employees and managers, embedded in a region, and the first contact for specific people questions
• Act as a point of contact for employees who are navigating challenging personal or professional issues that impact their work experience
• Continuously identify opportunities to standardize and upgrade our people processes and practices to drive efficiency across the team and Formlabs

You:

• Have experience working as a strategic Business Partner at international tech companies
• Are familiar with the Hungarian labour market, and labour law and have a deep understanding of people processes, able to iterate to improve the flow of our work
• Are an effective sound mixer between the business and the voice of the employee – you balance and translate one to the other and excel at creating alignment. You understand that you are a part of the business as you work through solutions for alignment
• Are a strategic business partner who balances a consultative and hands-on approach to solving problems
• Are an analytical and detailed thinker, very comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets for understanding and creating quantitative analyses. You are able to pull data from multiple sources (HRIS, surveys) to help make informed decisions about people's strategy
• Polished communicator who excels at keeping a wide range of stakeholders informed, through project management and consistent delivery
• Possess a strong ability to build rapport and trust with a wide range of people, levels, and departments
• Know what you don’t know, but unabashedly curious and love to collaborate and constantly come up with solutions to new (or recurring) challenges
• Are an excellent communicator in both Hungarian and English
• Bonus:
• Experience working with international teams (USA, Germany, France, etc.)
• Have experience successfully implementing talent programs at medium to large
• businesses
