We're seeking a dynamic, strategic, and service-oriented Purchasing Manager to join our global procurement team supporting the Americas region.  As a key member of our procurement team, the Regional Purchasing Manager will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end procurement process, optimizing costs, and fostering strong vendor relationships.

This role will be based in our New York, NY office.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary purchasing focal point for the US, overseeing sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, purchase order creation, and contract execution
  • Manage the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and drive initiatives to reduce costs
  • Lead strategic efforts to enhance procurement terms and optimize company expenditures
  • Conduct contract discussions and negotiations across various departments including HR, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Facilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, and IT to efficiently manage the vendor life cycle and resolve procurement issues
  • Independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Manage Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP), and prepare comprehensive analysis and comparison reports
  • Review and analyze category spend and supplier data to identify opportunities for standardization and consolidation on a global scale

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a relevant procurement role, with a minimum of 7+ years in global indirect procurement
  • Familiarity with contract terms and proficiency in contract review
  • Strong data analysis skills and business insight
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on balancing immediate needs with long-term goals
  • Exceptional project management and documentation abilities
  • Knowledge of large-scale global and domestic purchasing methods and procedures
  • Understanding of the Hi-Tech industry and market dynamics
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $120,000 - $145,000
