About The Role:This role is responsible for executing strategic consulting engagements across our global businesses. Responsible for leading engagements, developing consulting recommendations, and contributing to the creation of best practices and methodology assets, whilst driving a standard and consistent operating model across your region. This will be inline with other supporting departments and markets.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Managing a large team of Colleagues across multiple markets to ensure that the KPIs are met in full and on time.
  • Engaging and developing the team to achieve optimum performance and for the Colleagues to meet their full potential.
  • Dealing with day to day queries from Colleagues – liaising with local HR, Training Teams as required.
  • Develop practice assets such as assessment, project plans, data sets, market research and financial models.
  • Acting as the trust business advisor to our Business Leaders to develop strong, proactive and strategic activities for our workforce based on our current and future hiring needs.
  • Analyse data and metrics and make informed decisions.
  • Undertaking problem solving activities and escalating to the Associate Director where necessary.
  • Manage all stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identifying and leading continuous improvement processes.

Who You Are:

  • Reporting building with the ability to analyse data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Good understanding of labour planning 
  • An understanding of recruitment best practices
  • Agency management experience
  • Proven ability to manage and change senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Independent, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Location: This role can be based at any of the following HelloFresh locations in UK, Germany or France. With the requirement and flexibility of traveling to other international offices when required.
