We’re looking for a Regulatory Analyst based in New York, NY, to support the design, implementation and execution of global regulatory programs and frameworks. This role will be heavily involved in enhancing and maintaining Payoneer’s Outsourcing Program, but will also support other global regulatory programs, such as the Operational Resiliency Program.  The Outsourcing Program provides the framework for governance, monitoring, and risk mitigation surrounding outsourced services that are provided to Payoneer’s entities around the world. Duties include, but are not limited to:

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain key documents, policies and procedures related to the Outsourcing Program
  • Analyze key outsourcing regulations to ensure compliance across all regions
  • Support the monitoring of outsourced functions by analyzing departmental KPIs and metrics
  • Assist with the risk assessment process for outsourced activities
  • Develop new processes and improving existing ones
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the company

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in a compliance or regulatory related environment (2+ years)
  • Skilled at process improvement and problem solving
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of management and across different departments
  • Capable of analyzing documents as well as data

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $60,000-$80,000
