Vimeo is looking for an Account Coordinator to assist Account Managers in increasing revenue within the customer base. As a business partner to Account managers, you will be responsible for supporting the team in their day-to-day administrative workload to help improve ROI on the high volume portion of the company's revenue. We are looking for a  meticulously detailed and ambitious resource and want someone who has high expectations of themselves and consistently strives to be the best.

What you'll do: 

  • Support a team of Account Managers and Managers in owning the end to end operations of auto-renewals.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on adjustments to customer accounts, opps and invoices. 
  • Track usage and escalate expansion opportunities to AM’s
  • Work closely with finance to resolve collections and payment related issues.

Skills and knowledge you should possess: 

  • 2+ year of sales operations, finance or sales experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and internal stakeholders
  • Salesforce experience (reporting, opportunity management)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
