REPORTING SPECIALIST
Starlink, our revolutionary satellite constellation, will deliver low-latency broadband internet worldwide. As a member of the Starlink Customer Operations department, you will be responsible for analyzing data about Starlink customers and translating it into reporting, recommendations, and tooling to improve both our customers' experience and internal Starlink program operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the business users to identify problems, research solutions, and resolve technical problems for the wide variety of applications and systems supported within the company
- Actively monitor customer support service levels, identify fluctuations, and signal to various partner teams within the organization
- Work with business analysts and assist with large projects (e.g. application testing, SQL query, process documentation, report modification, bug identification and documentation)
- Create dashboards for the Starlink Customer Operations team on key operational metrics (e.g. support ticket and experience analysis)
- Actively manage the deployment of support capacity to various queues to achieve minimal wait time on priority customer issues
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ years of professional experience in production, manufacturing, operations, consulting, finance, supply chain, or program management
- Experience with SQL
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, computer information systems, computer science or engineering
- Experience working with business software and its users
- Experience with an analytics language (e.g. Python, R)
- Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel within the Company
- Experience with Microsoft Office products especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong overall software skills, excellent customer service/interaction skills and superior organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Work well in a team environment
- Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences at all organizational levels
- Self-starter with ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced and challenging environment
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Occasional travel may be required
- Long hours and weekends may be required
- Shift schedule: Thursday-Sunday 5:30am-4pm

Pay Range:
Reporting Specialist: $30.00/per hour
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
