• You deeply analyze business requirements and processes with regard to projects and product requirements.
• Your tasks include the requirements gathering, specification and feasibility check of requirements, also through discussions with product managers, architects and other stakeholders.
• You define functional and non-functional requirements for processes, architecture and for software development.
• You are responsible for writing software requirement specification accordingly to Requirements Engineering guidelines.
• You are responsible for the quality assurance review of the requirements according to specified quality criteria.
• You communicate across teams with development, quality management, architecture, product management and other stakeholders.

Must have:

• You have relevant professional experience in requirements management and are experienced in analyzing complex specifications and description.
• You have a goal-oriented and solution-oriented approach to customer requirements.
• You are characterized by a team-oriented and independent way of working, as well as outstanding organizational skills.
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• You can communicate well in English both in both verbally and written.
• You are a fast learner and eager to gain new knowledge.

• You are experienced in ERP system analysis and requirements gathering.
• You can read and prepare diagrams in UML.
• You know German language.
