Research Scientist, Empowering Humans Using LLMs
Advance research in empowering humans in the era of LLM. We do this by enabling better control (make the model do what we want to do) and and better leveraging (make the model to teach us something new so we evolve). We consider the two problems as two sides of the same coin. We do ambitious short and long-term research, aiming at both internal impact and external publications.
