Resident - Project Management
NOTE: The Project Management Resident position is an entry-level three-month temporary residency that requires you to come into the office 3x a week. There is potential to go full time immediately following the residency. All full time employment will be expected to work out of the Culver City, CA office in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks, priorities and deliverables with team stakeholders (internal and client) throughout the project lifecycle
- Schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews
- Assist in writing small SOWs, as assigned by PM
- Assist with client needs as they arise
- Understands the internal goals of the team, and the goals of the client
- Learn the ins and outs of a fast paced creative agency
- Partners with applicable account team members to ensure project health, on-time delivery, and brand health.
- Ability to take meeting notes with clarity
- Understands the internal goals of the team, and the goals of the client
- Perform successfully under tight timelines
WORK SCHEDULE:
You must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule, which is 40 hours per week during 9am-6pm ET business hours Monday-Friday.
Salary: $18.00 per hour
