The Retail Marketing Manager is responsible for the creation and execution of all marketing activity supporting Youfoodz retail channels across both Direct to Consumer and Business to Business.

You will…

• Lead the planning and execution of weekly wholesale promotions in partnership with Youfoodz retail sales team.
• Own the project management of all Youfoodz retail destinations to control Youfoodz retail presence
• Manage creative asset creation to include all Youfoodz retail assets. 
• Manage wholesale communications & direct marketing to retail customer database
• Provide marketing support to Youfoodz sales team, developing all Youfoodz sales tool kits
• Champion Youfoodz brand, championing marketing effectiveness and retail customer needs
• Execute campaign elements across Youfoodz and partner channel assets
• Report to internal and external stakeholders communicating with our key retail partners

You have/are…

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field of study
• 3-5 years professional experience within marketing or communications or similar role
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing
• A strong understanding of the retail landscape & FMCG business
• Strong skills in Microsoft systems (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical and problem solving ability
• Excellent ability to prepare and manage strong creative briefs
