The Team

The Revenue Operations Team is a vital part of UserTesting’s success. We are responsible for making sure the field-facing organizations are supported and enabled to drive revenue and deliver growth. It’s our responsibility to implement and maintain best-in-class solutions, analytics, and go-to-market strategies while supporting our company's sellers and customer-facing teams. 

The Role

The Revenue Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting the UserTesting Revenue teams (Sales/Business Development, Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success Managers, Renewal Managers, and Partners), by working directly with them and their managers, creating analytic reports, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to the go to market strategies and planning required to drive revenue. You will be using innovation, analytics, and creativity to help create better processes and support our revenue team. 

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Team Support: Working directly with the Revenue team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Business Analysis: Leverage data to deliver insights from analytics.Go-To-Market Strategy Planning: Assist in designing our next evolution of how our sellers take our product to market, and help decide which sales teams will target which accounts. Data Integrity: Help maintain the integrity of data to ensure the correct business decisions are made.

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Creativity and eagerness to innovate.
  • Database experience (Excel/Google Sheets at a minimum, but ideally relational database experience)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience with Sales and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Demonstrates UserTesting’s values through work product and within day-to-day team interactions.
