YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As Revenue & Pricing Manager you are responsible for maximising the value creation of our vehicles in the Nordic & Benelux region. In this role, you will use in-depth commercial analysis to define and execute price & discount strategy and tactics. The Revenue & Pricing Manager will be part of our central commercial optimisation team, and work closely with the managers in the Nordics & Benelux region to advise on commercial commitments. This will include: 

  • Analysing top-line, market position and user base performance across 40+ cities to identify patterns, insights and opportunities for price & discount recommendations
  • Developing and executing regional price and discount strategies and targets in collaboration with market- and commercial managers
  • Generating hypothesis, and running simulations and at-scale A/B testing of pricing and discounting
  • Influencing and executing on the development of research and discovery in pricing, discounting and user segmentation
  • Collaborating closely with the rest of the commercial optimisation team and the managers in the Nordic & Benelux region to develop tools- and routines to improve insights and recommendations for optimising top-line revenue

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We’re looking for a highly numerical and analytical person with the ability to influence commercial commitments, take action and move between different abstraction levels in a dynamic environment. In addition to being fluent in English, we believe the right person has: 

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-oriented discipline
  • 2-4 years experience in an analytical commercial area (eg. Pricing or Finance), as a management consultant or in a fast-moving b2c company
  • Experience from working hands-on with quantitative commercial analysis in excel, experience from working with SQL, python or Tableau (or other data visualisation tools) is a merit
  • Experience from working with pricing analysis, optimisation or model development
  • Experience from managing senior stakeholders and multiple projects simultaneously
