We are looking for a Revenue Analyst to be the newest member of our Revenue team in this fast growing, truly globally distributed company.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Be a key contributor to the month-end revenue close by validating accounting for revenue under ASC 606, reviewing revenue account reconciliations, conducting fluctuation analyses and reporting disclosures.
• Support ad-hoc projects, including systems implementation and process improvements related to revenue processes.
• Review customer contracts to ensure compliance with US GAAP and Elastic accounting policies.
• Assisting with internal controls, continuous improvement of revenue processes, and researching and documenting accounting positions for complex transactions.
• Collaborate with various teams across the Company to resolve issues.

What You Bring Along:

• A high level of enthusiasm and a positive demeanor; you take pride in your work and view challenges as opportunities to learn.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, global corporation and are comfortable collaborating across functions.
• Having worked with revenue automation software in the past, you understand the basic workflows through a system and have ideas around potential improvements.

If that's you, hopefully you also have:

• 2+ years of overall experience in accounting or finance (experience with ASC 606 and Cloud consumption revenue accounting a plus).
• Enjoy building workflows and making improvements to existing processes.
• NetSuite, RevPro and Salesforce experience preferred (basic SQL knowledge a plus).
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and proficiency in other MS Office/Google Workspace products.
• Ability to work both independently and prioritize work streams in a distributed (currently 100% remote), dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Well developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
