Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Showpad user management process, conducting regular audits to ensure platform integrity and compliance.

  • Lead Showpad adoption and impact reporting, analysing data to assess the effectiveness of our instance, identify opportunities for improvement, and generate actionable insights.
  • Pull regular Showpad reports to measure the success and impact of specific Enablement programs, such as onboarding.
  • Design and implement end-user surveys to gather feedback and generate actionable insights aimed at enhancing the Showpad user experience.
  • Support the Senior Revenue Enablement Program Manager in refining Showpad governance practices and maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation in a governance charter.
  • Act as a key liaison in the Showpad-on-Showpad steering committee, facilitating cross-department communication and driving progress on workstream items to ensure timelines are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Advocate for the internal use of Showpad—explore and implement ways to leverage the platform to drive seller effectiveness and deliver world-class customer experiences.
  • Prepare and analyse reports to demonstrate the success and business impact of sales Enablement programs, such as competencies, onboarding, and product Enablement.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of other sales Enablement tools such as Gong, and provide support for adoption and best practices.
  • Develop on-demand training related to the sales tech stack (e.g. Salesforce) to ensure sales teams are fully equipped with the tools they need.
  • Manage the Enablement calendar, coordinating key initiatives such as live onboarding sessions, to optimise engagement and attendance across Enablement programs.
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies for the Enablement team, such as organising shared resources and by designing, managing, and maintaining an up-to-date sales Enablement content inventory, ensuring that all resources are organised, accessible, and relevant for sales teams.
  • ntent Management: Own the development of the GTM weekly newsletter and oversee content audits, keeping resources accurate, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Measure Enablement success through reporting on tools like Showpad, generating actionable insights for improvement.
  • Platform Governance: Manage Showpad user processes, adoption, and governance practices, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users.
  • Training & Adoption: Design and deliver training programs for tools like Showpad, Gong, and Salesforce to ensure optimal adoption.
