Position Overview:

Showpad, a global leader in Enablement solutions, is seeking a Revenue Enablement Tools & Content Specialist to help us elevate sales performance and seller effectiveness—both internally and for our clients worldwide.In this pivotal role, you’ll be the gatekeeper of content governance, a creative powerhouse for enablement resources, and a champion of streamlined processes. Whether designing training programs, coordinating onboarding sessions, or crafting compelling content, your contributions will directly enhance our revenue teams’ effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a Content Curator: Create and manage the GTM weekly newsletter and design engaging Showpad graphics and templates aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Drive Governance: Oversee user management and content audits, ensuring all resources remain relevant, compliant, and impactful.
  • Optimize Platforms: Act as the Showpad-on-Showpad expert, continuously exploring ways to maximize its effectiveness for our internal teams.
  • Enhance Enablement Programs: Develop multimedia training resources, refine onboarding sessions, and manage a shared Enablement calendar.
  • Support Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance tools like Gong and Salesforce, creating training and support resources for smooth adoption.
  • Streamline Processes: Identify operational efficiencies and maintain an up-to-date Enablement content inventory to ensure all resources are organized and accessible.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, or related roles.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for process improvement.
  • Creative Flair: Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and presentation software.
  • Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with Enablement tools like Showpad, Gong, and Salesforce.
  • Collaboration: Outstanding communication skills and experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Sales Insights: Solid understanding of sales processes, strategies, and tools
