We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Associate II to be the go-to problem solver and thought partner for our Elite revenue teams. You’ll lead complex projects that drive our operational rhythm, improve sales efficiency and support our global go-to-market strategy for Small Colleges in the United States.
As a Revenue Operations Associate II, you’ll:
- Support Go-to-market strategy. Through sales operational efficiency initiatives, deal support management, change management projects, and fiscal year planning, you’ll serve as the go-to person for how our go-to-market strategy is executed.
- Optimize the sales cycle. You’ll proactively identify bottlenecks in the customer life cycle and drive solutions that improve efficiency, ensuring our customer-facing teams have exactly what they need to succeed.
- Drive operational excellence. You’ll own the end-to-end execution of complex projects, to ensure non-standard deals move smoothly through the pipeline.
- Partner across the business. You’ll work closely with systems, enablement and data teams to interpret insights and design reporting outcomes that help us win.
For this role, we're currently prioiritizing candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln or Omaha. But with our flexible work policy, there aren't any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office. We would experienced US remote candidates currently living in central or east coast time zones. We are not considering remote candidates in mountain standard time, pacific standard time, or outside of the United States.
Must-Haves- Experienced. You have at least two years of experience in a revenue operations or sales operations role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- CRM proficient. You have designed process workflows in a CRM tool and have examples that illustrate the impact that made.
- A collaborative partner. You’re a dependable teammate who builds strong relationships with stakeholders and promotes an inclusive work environment.
- Analytically minded. You have a knack for interpreting data and using it to identify trends, areas of improvement and actionable steps for the business.
- Flexible. You’re able to adapt quickly to short-term problems while staying focused on long-term strategic goals.
- Salesforce savvy. Experience navigating Salesforce. CPQ, is a plus.
- SaaS background. Familiarity with the unique challenges of a global B2B SaaS revenue engine will help you hit the ground running.

The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.
