The Difference You Will Make:
The ideal candidate will develop and lead commercial programs to support, grow and optimize Airbnb’s largest professional hosts and API connectivity partners. In this role you will partner closely with the Director of Key Accounts and other commercial leaders to create new strategies and commercial levers to support the organization’s most critical objectives. Successful programs will deliver business growth, healthy partnerships, and meaningful value exchange between Airbnb and our largest Hosts and software partnerships.
A Typical Day:
- Define, scale, and manage a roadmap for critical commercial programs such as partner incentive deals and Airbnb’s Preferred Software Partner Program
- Collaborate with Airbnb’s Key Account leadership team and cross-functional partners (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Advanced Analytics, Commercial Strategy) to create and implement new levers and programs to make our Account Managers more efficient and successful
- Influence data and tools roadmap to ensure program needs are supported and data capabilities are continually advanced
- Track results and report on key performance metrics and insights - become a go-to source of program knowledge for Key Accounts on the global Hosting Geos organization
- Support ad hoc needs that arise as our Key Accounts strategy evolves over time
Your Expertise:
- 10+ years experience with a combination of sales, account management, operations, program management and strategy
- Depth of expertise in supply marketplace, preferably within the online travel industry
- Highly analytical and strategic thinker who is comfortable working through ambiguity
- Strong, results-driven leader with a bias for action and an ability to gracefully navigate ambiguity
- The candidate will be a self-starter with a bias towards independent problem solving, a passion for identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, and the foresight to anticipate business needs, make tradeoffs, and balance business dynamics despite constraints
- Strong stakeholder management and internal influencing skills
- Detail-oriented and strong multi-tasker with ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- SQL proficiency and Salesforce expertise is preferred

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
Pay Range$160,000—$194,500 USD
