Revenue Operations Manager

The Revenue Operations Manager is a critical member of the Revenue & Operations organization, reporting into the Director of Global Revenue Operations. The role is responsible for supporting new and existing processes and insights to enable the Sales Assist organization to deliver and exceed their goals. You will manage relationships with sales managers and work together in creating and finding important trends over time.

What you’ll do:
  • Partner with sales leadership in EMEA and APAC to drive sales efficiency by delivering data driven insights and recommendations
  • Support the regional sales forecasting process by implementing best practices and analyzing the forecast vs. trends 
  • Drive transformational projects, including project scoping & design, execution, and enablement 
  • Support Sales Leaders & RevOps with ad-hoc reporting, analytics, project management, etc.
  • Drive adoption of, and maintain, the knowledge base on processes and policies ensure consistency throughout onboarding, training and service delivery.
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in sales ops and/or marketing ops
  • Highly motivated, self starter who can ‘connect the dots’ in a fast paced environment
  • Comfortable in an ambiguous environment and a proactive problem solver
  • Analytically driven, with the ability to problem solve using data, and develop solutions with a clear-eyed and impartial focus on efficiency
  • Able to effectively prioritize tasks that focus on the customer and their journey
  • Strong listening and persuasion skills and ability to partner the team members and stakeholders to align cross-functional groups to continuously improve the revenue stack
  • Experience with SaaS offerings and product led growth companies
