As Revenue Operations Representative in the RFx team, you will play a crucial part in winning, growing and retaining our customers at EQS. In close alignment with sales and other departments you will manage our responses to RFx meaning RfPs, RfIs or questionnaires on specific topics like Information security. To do this in a standardized and repeatable way, you will work with AI tools and constantly collaborate with different teams to improve our processes and setup. Here’s a sneak peek at how you would contribute:
- Set the foundation! You will receive training about our products, Information security, tools and sales processes to equip you with the needed knowledge to tackle RFPs, RFIs. etc.
- Connect and work as a team! You will get to know your most important stakeholders (SMEs) and closely collaborate with them in order to make every RFx project a success.
- Contribute to our growth! By managing the full life cycle of the proposal response process (analysis of tenders to final production, submission of proposals, and maintaining content in our library tool) you will directly contribute to closing deals and the growth of EQS.
- Become a trusted partner! When potential customers reach out with RfPs or questionnaires, our sales teams will have you in mind as the point of contact and trust in you delivering the necessary outcomes within the given timeline. Therefore, establishing yourself within the organisation as a trusted partner will be key.
- You are fluent in speaking and writing in English and German. French, Italian and Spanish are appreciated as well.
- You own a degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Humanities from a university/business school.
- 1 to 2 years first working experience in RFx, sales, project management or customer success, preferably in B2B and/or SaaS. Matching internships are appreciated as well.
- Be passionate about sales, customer retention and achieving set goals as well as working on conceptual and strategic projects.
- Have a proactive, problem solving and hands-on mindset, enjoy anticipating needs and identifying opportunities for improvement as well as taking initiative to drive results.
- Have strong organizational, analytical and prioritization skills. You have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
- Be honest and an empathetic team-player! We’re looking for someone who can collaborate and quickly establish relationships.
