The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

Join our dynamic Revenue Operations team at Personio, where we focus on all aspects of performance within the Revenue Organization. Our small but mighty team is responsible for setting quotas based on business plans, ensuring accurate compensation payouts, and analyzing data trends to identify areas for improvement. Led by a seasoned SaaS Compensation expert, this role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute as we embark on a comprehensive review and upgrade of our compensation and performance monitoring systems and processes.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Monitor, analyze and synthesize payout and performance against targets, identifying key drivers of any variances.

  • Own, track, and manage all aspects of SPIFFs 

  • Maintain and manage monthly uploads of revenue targets data to ensure accurate commission payouts.

  • Liaise with team leaders to ensure understanding of how attainment is tracked, calculated, and measured.

  • Manage large data sets to calculate individual quota assignments, modeled from overall business plan goals.

  • Handle correction and exception requests from sales and document precedents

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Robust  experience managing large datasets.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to break down complex problems into their component parts

  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including V-lookups, pivot tables, and data feeds from various systems such as Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau

  • Experience in Salesforce and Tableau, particularly in creating reports and dashboards

  • Experience in a Revenue Operations team
