Rider Operations Associate

We’re looking for a talented individual to join our Rider Operations department to manage the team responsible for supporting our growing Rider Fleet. The team is responsible for everything that gets our riders out on the road and is critical to ensuring the fleet has everything they need to succeed in their roles.

You will report to the Rider Operations Manager and be based in our Kuwait offices where we are operating on a hybrid model.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and build (own, design, copywriting) outbound communications to riders, using comms channels such as email, push notifications or internal website.

  • Build rider intel gathering and reporting, including running surveys, focus groups, among others, aiming to share insights on industry trends or rider pain points.

  • Plan creative rider engagement events, while overseeing the Rider Engagement budget in full for Kuwait.

  • Collaborate with local and central teams to launch projects.

  • Focus on seasonal campaigns, including sourcing partnerships & overseeing perks campaigns. 

Requirements:

  • 3 years of relevant experience

  • Ideal fluency with design, CRM tools and HTML.

  • Experience working with complex teams and partners from a variety of backgrounds/nationalities.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

  • Driven and confident personality, who can keep a cool head in a crisis.

  • Hands-on

  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets / interest in learning data management.
