Risk Analyst - Outsourcing

Working in the risk management team, you will be directly supporting the Third-Party and Outsourcing with operational tasks. 

What you’ll be doing in this position:

  • Facilitate the gathering of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports from various third parties/ Intragroup to ensure service levels meet contractual obligations and regulatory standards
  • Oversee the management and integrity of third-party data, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and securely stored, facilitating easy retrieval for analysis and decision-making
  • Assist in tasks specific to enhancing operational resilience  concerning third-party, including Mapping, testing and updating business continuity if needed. Also support with DORA implementation
  • Actively work on resolving Internal Audit findings related to third-party and outsourcing risks
  • Support the review process of third-party contracts to ensure they include all necessary clauses and service level requirements
  • Provide support in managing incidents data involving third parties

You’ll be great for this position if you have:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in operations or risk management within financial services, ideally at fintechs or payment institutions
  • Stakeholder Management: excellent skills in managing and communicating with stakeholders at all organisational levels
  • Experience in report writing and regulatory submissions
  • Operational Efficiency: Proven track record in coordinating with stakeholders, managing third-party data analysis, and overseeing outsourcing risk management tasks
