Your mission: 
  • You are part of Doctib’s global risk management team which is responsible for the management of all regional and global projects following Doctolib’s risk management strategy. 
  • You are one of the regional risk contact partners for Doctolib Germany and act as the bridge between the central risk and audit department and the regional subsidiary.

 

Risk Management: 

  • You will play a key role in defining the risk treatment strategy and developing global target operating models across all risk areas.
  • You assess, monitor and communicate the impact of (emerging) risks that you identify during your area of responsibility.
  • You ensure that the single identified building blocks needed to achieve Doctolib’s risk mitigation strategy are successfully established
  • You manage different global project teams and lead the analysis of the current maturity level of risk within that projects

 

Certification Management: 

  • You will work on the further development of our market-oriented certification portfolio, including setting and monitoring of main corporate certification programs (e.g., ISO 27001, BSI C5, etc.)
  • General program management (including management of external stakeholders) as well as the management of individual sub-projects are part of these tasks.

 

Teamwork:
  • You will work as a full member of Doctolib’s risk and audit team and also with all internal Doctolib teams to support and steer them in the operational implementation of the concepts to mitigate and improve identified risks. 

 

Your profile

 

  • You have a technical, business or economical degree or a comparable qualification (e.g., business administration, risk management, etc.).
  • You have at least 2 to 4 years of professional experience in project management, risk management or certification program management.
  • You already have knowledge of risk and certifications topics, or the will to develop knowledge on those topics.
  • Your experience in project and program management sets you apart. Conceptual thinking and working is your strength.
  • You stand out with your excellent methodological competence in strategy and organizational consulting as well as with your interdisciplinary approach.
  • You are result-oriented and solution driven.
  • You convince with your excellent communication skills. Very good English and German language skills are a matter of course for you. French or Italian language skills are a plus.
  • You are characterized by your proactive commitment. You are also willing to travel.
