Join our dynamic team as we seek an adept Sales Enablement Manager to play a pivotal role within our Go-to-Market team in North America. This critical position entails spearheading the implementation of a Value Selling methodology throughout the organization, underscoring the significance of shaping our sales approach. The successful candidate will be entrusted with the continuous evaluation and fulfillment of the team's training needs, taking charge of comprehensive responsibilities, including strategic planning, program management, precise training execution, and the ongoing measurement and tracking of results. This role is at the heart of our organizational growth, driving excellence in sales practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
As a Sales Enablement Manager, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Strategizing, developing, and implementing high-quality training programs for our sales community across all Go-to-Market (GTM) roles.
- Demonstrating expertise in the field by leading 'master training' sessions within a 'train the trainer' framework.
- Conducting training sessions in both virtual and in-person classroom settings.
- Offering coaching and support to GTM leadership to ensure alignment with relevant methodologies and provision of adequate tools for coaching their representatives.
- Establishing best practices and templates to facilitate stakeholder involvement in training execution.
- Collaborating with leaders to conduct needs analyses, identify skill gaps, develop learning approaches, and prioritize the delivery of sales skills, process skills, and product knowledge.
- Maintaining a comprehensive database of all training materials, evergreen content, certifications, and coaching records.
- Engaging with external vendors to deliver training programs and collateral.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of field enablement programs.
- Tracking the progress of training projects to ensure alignment with timelines and cross-functional teams.
- Partnering with the Enablement team to assist in organizing internal projects and events, including the Annual Sales Summit.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Expertise in sales methodologies, particularly value selling principles.
- Proficiency in core GTM roles, including SDR/BDR, New Business Sales, and Account Management.
- Over 5 years of experience in a sales training/enablement position within a sales organization.
- Clear and accurate communication skills (both verbal and written) with an engaging presentation style and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Creative prowess, with the ability to develop training plans, instructional text, audio, and video content.
- Adept at running end-to-end training programs, from design to execution, measurement, and iteration.
- Strong facilitation skills, whether in a virtual or in-person setting.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills.
- Enthusiasm for working in a global organization across different time zones, functions, and levels.
- Flexibility, attention to detail, and diligence in delivering high-quality projects.
- Passion for continuous improvement, both personally and for the team.
- Personable, engaging, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor.
