SALES ENABLEMENT PROGRAM LEAD (H/F)

Ivalua is a leading provider of cloud-based procurement solutions globally. 

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently looking for an Enablement Program Lead who will support our Global Enablement team on content management, as well as programmatic training and on-boarding activities linked with our Enablement strategy. 

This role is located in Massy (France).

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

  • Lead global salesperson onboarding efforts, ensuring learning progression and contributing to a faster time to first sale for new sellers. 
  • Plan & and manage Global Sales Enablement activities and events, including QBRs, workshops, and Sales Kick-offs throughout the year. 
  • Implement the development and delivery of a sales training curriculum; Linkedin learnings & certifications by sales roles. 
  • Develop sales plays, certifications, and executable sales content with internal subject matter experts.
  • Manage our Highspot content library ensuring adoption of the most relevant content and maintaining content discoverability. 
  • Manage our Internal Wins process and share key lessons and content across the sales organization.
  • Be the proxy for all sellers for ad-hoc content requests which can help them on their deals engagement.
  • Connect sales efficiency KPIs with progress tracking of our learning programs.

YOUR PROFILE

As the Enablement Program Lead, you:

  • Hold an undergraduate university degree or higher.
  • Understand and apply learning principles and best practices.
  • Speak, read and write English (required) at a native / business level of proficiency.
  • Are comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite and have the interest and ability to quickly learn new solutions (video editing, learning management system, CRM, etc.)
  • Understand data management and reporting concepts.

The ideal candidate has btw 2 / 3 years of experience in at least two of the 3 areas below:

  • Sales enablement practice within a SaaS company
  • Experience of Training Facilitation & process improvement
  • Business acumen and appetite to work within a Sales organization.
