As an administrator, you will work closely with Salesforce's key stakeholders across the business.  You will learn from others, and they will expect to learn from you. You will share in the responsibility, rewards and recognition of producing truly innovative solutions and complete client satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

Driving the innovative use of Salesforce as a productivity tool and business platform

  • Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce CRM
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as creating and maintain users including sharing rules and security levels (profile & roles); Master data changes
  • Handling tickets (Incidents & Service Requests)
  • Working collaboratively with Operations, SMEs, and end users to understand feature requirements and/or address support issues
  • Remaining current Salesforce best practices and technologies and advising on these practices for Salesforce-based solutions
  • Maintaining and enhancing business processes and user experience with Salesforce flows
  • Developing, launching and managing in-depth dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual levels
  • Manage new releases and system changes and efficiently rolling out new features without interruption to the users
  • Working together with the enablement team to creating and updating training materials for users/groups on an ongoing basis
  • Creating documentation, maintaining standardization and proactively seeking ways to continuously improve processes & procedures

 Qualifications

  • 3+ years' Salesforce.com administration experience overall
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certification(s) + any other relevant certifications 
  • Working in agile scrum (sprints) with Jira (Nice to have)
  • Experience with managing deployments with Copado from developer and UAT sandboxes into the production instance (Nice to have)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills along with excellent Word and PowerPoint skills
  • General knowledge of AfterSales Processes with the ability to transform business objectives and functional requirements into technical solutions
  • Proven experience of analyzing and documenting processes, procedures, and/or policies 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with individuals at different levels and cultural backgrounds within the organization

Note: This role will required presence in the office under our Hybrid Model, we are in a very centric area in Madrid
